PointOne in the Community

Like many PointOne employees, Tanya Low is an active fundraiser and volunteer in the community.

This fall, Tanya, Manager of Business Development, will literally walk the fundraising walk in the Weekend to End Breast Cancer. The event is a two-day, 60-kilometre walk through Toronto benefiting the Campbell Family Institute at The Princess Margaret, which funds breast cancer research, education, services and care.

Tanya has already raised more than $10,000, well over her original goal of $5,000. PointOne customers and suppliers, including A.M. Transport Services, Asian Pulp and Paper, Millennium Bindery Services, Paperlinx, Second Ave. Printing, Taniguchi Ink, Unisource and Valassis have made generous contributions.

If you would like to be a sponsor, please visit Tanya’s fundraising page at the Weekend to End Breast Cancer website, here. Donations of any size are appreciated.

In addition, PointOne is a big supporter of the Pink Tulip Foundation (www.pinktulip.ca). The foundation was created to educate young girls about the risks of breast cancer and provide information on how to have a healthy lifestyle.
